  40. I think that professor Doupnik found the time to make a final (non beta)
  41. release of MS-DOS Kermit.  In fact, there is a MSK316.CHG file with
  42. some changes, the last one is:

  44.         MS-DOS Kermit v3.16                             12 Oct 2003
  45.         Revise version banner to remove word beta.
  46.         Final release.

  48. Can you, please, update the ZIP files at Columbia University's anonymous
  49. FTP server?  Must I upload the ZIP file to the /incoming directory?
